Born Sydney Raised in LAColorstarr have placed two feet firmly either side of the pacific with Kristian residing in the Hollywood hills in kaleidoscopiccity of Angels whilst leading on bass for Jason Mraz, Colorstarr take their Sydney tone to the USA on the regular. Out on So-Phat Records, the welcoming EP from Colorstarr ‘Do It Again’ peaked at #12 on the iTunes album chart, featuring remixes fromSlicker Cities and The Intergalactix, while the single ‘Masquerade’ took out a #1 Triple J Unearthed status trip. Signed to Bomb Squad, the second release EP of ‘Club Remix’ has walloped airwaves also, featuring the work of KronicBombs AwayJam Xpress ,Tenzin and Dirt cheap.

Featuring on MTV’s We Are The In Crowd, Beverly Hills 90210, and Australia’s beloved smash hit Offspring; Colorstarr haven’t gone unnoticed, igniting the sync duties with vigor especially on the ‘Do It Again’ release. Feeding a soul, jazz, pop and 80’s electro buzz, their line hasn’t strayed, breaking the boundaries down one by one even on the stage. Filling the debut appearance at Sydney’s Oxford Art Factory and shining the stage alongside Parachute Youth and Tigertown at Slam Festival, the Colorstarr family has sparkled in the live scene. Across the oceans in LA, Legendary Hollywood Sayers club saw Colorstarr rip the stage and jam with the likes of Beyoncé, Jay Z drummer extraordinaire Tony Royster Jnr.

Born in Sydney, raised in LA - Colorstarr is back with their 3rd EP 'Sleepless'. Their latest video was filmed across the landmarks of Sydney featuring acting from Michael Chow from the upcoming Sydney band 'Froyo' - Teaming with BX Music, the goal of the video was to illustrate a quirky boy looking for his woman.
